Amanda's 24th Birthday

Kade's Thanksgiving program. He did so good.




We also went to the Jazz game and sat 6th row right about the visitor bench in Marvin's companies seats. They played the Nets, it was a lot of fun even though they lost.

October

October was a fun month! We went to Gardner Village with my friend Tawnee ,her kids, her mom, aunt,cousin and her cousins kids to see the witches. We also went to a pumpkin carving party and took Kade trick or treating at our friend Paige's house.

Happy Birthday Sister

Happy Birthday sister!! I love you so much! You are a driven, a good person, a good nurse, a good aunt, a good student, a good sister (well most of the time ;) ), crazy and a hypochondriac. You are my bestfriend! I am so proud of everything you have done in your life. I a proud to say you are my sister.You are probably going to kill me for putting this picture up but I think it is just to funny.

Texas!!

**WARNING PICTURE OVERLOAD** We went to Texas a few weeks ago for my cousin's wedding and were there for a week. I took about 400 pictures. Not all of them are on here but a lot are.

We left on Saturday till the next Sunday. Our trip was non-stop!! The day after we got there we took Kade to Sea World. It was so much fun!! It was My dad, his girlfriend Amy, my mom , Courtney, Amanda, Mike, Sydnee (Amy's daughter) her friend Payton, Kade and Me.

On Monday we went to the mall and then my grandma had a bbq dinner for the whole family. On Tuesday was a full day of going to our lake house, to my uncle's house, grandparents on my dad's side and then out to a bar called Little Woodrows with my friend Stephanie and Matt. I busted my head open on a glass but I was lucky I didn't need stiches .

Wednesday night we went to dinner at Matt El Rancho's which is a Mexican Resturaunt that has been around forever. Then we headed to Brokenspoke which is where my mom, dad, aunts and uncles used to go all the time to go country dancing. We met some of our other family there and had a blast. Thursday Marvin finally got there and we went strait down town to go out on the town with all of us cousins on my mom's side, one of my cousins on my dad side and a few family friends. It was so much fun!

Friday and Saturday was time for Wedding events to happen. During the day Mike and Marvin got to go golfing. Friday night was the rehearsal dinner at one of the best BBQ places in Texas, The Salt Lick. The wedding on Saturday was one of the nicest weddings I have been to and one of the funnest!! Sunday it was time to leave.It was really sad to say goodbye to all my family.

I know I am slacking!

My blog should be updated by Sunday. I have been so busy. We went to Texas and then I have been moving. We also don't have a computer at our new house or internet so I have to make time to go to my mom's to do it.

My Montana Trip

So I posted most of the pics long time ago so when I actually posted it, it went in front of my last post about my new nephew.

I am a new Aunt!!!

Congrats to my cousin Kim and her new son. Brody Moore was born 8/11/2008 at 10:02am, he was 9lbs 8 oz and 20 1/2 in long. He definantly wasn't a small baby, he is our little budda! I love him so much already I can't wait to meet him next month when I go down to Texas to visit. Me and Kim are more like sisters so I consider him my little nephew.

Montana

Marvin, Kade and I went to Montana over the 24th weekend so that we could meet his family. Marvin had a job up in Pocotello that week so Wednesday night Kade and I drove up there and just stayed there so we could get up early and start are drive. Kade got to go swimming with Kyle (Marvin's boss' son)Thursday morning we got up and started our drive to Corvalis where he is from. We got there around 1. It was so nice meeting his mom, dad and sisters. They were really nice. Around 5 we left and were off to Missoula which is only an hour north from there to go stay with his brother, sister in law and nephew. We went to dinner there and headed to this park where they have a band, food venues and kyacking. It was a lot of fun and Kade had a blast playing with Ian and watching the kyack compition. We woke up Friday morning and we were off to Glacier. We got up there and we headed into the park. It was beautiful and Kade had fun swimming in Lake McDonald even when I told him not to get wet. We decided it was time to head back to meet his brother, sister in law and nephew for miniture golf and dinner. The cabin we stayed in was awesome. We had fun that night just hanging out talking late. Saturday we woke up and headed back to the park. We seperated from them and went up Going to the Sun Road and for a hike. Can I tell you how scary that road is. There is mountain on one side and a cliff on the other and this road should be one lane NOT two. The hike was fun and when we were on our way down we ran into a mean looking beaver. Me and Kade freaked out and Marvin was trying to get the camera out but the mean beaver took off before we had a chance to snap a picture of him. We headed back down and before we left to head back we decided to go to Bear World where your car is your cage so Kade could see some bears. It was really cool how close we were, way better then the zoo! Now it was time to start heading back to Salt Lake. We stopped back in Hunnington to sleep then on Sunday it was our 8 1/2 hour drive back. We drove 28 hours in 4 days with a 5 year old. Kade did awesome and we rewarded him with a few new toys.

(So there is a big gap, don't know what I did and don't know how to fix it)
